Aoi Hana (Sweet Blue Flowers), written by the author of Wandering Son, Takako Shimura. Erica Friedman spoke very highly of it during Ed Sizemore’s last Manga Out Loud Podcast, and I’m hoping someone picks it up for translation in the USA.
